What is a Traffic Exchange? A traffic exchange is essentially a site where you can ‘trade' traffic with other members for free - You agree to look at
their websites and they agree to look at yours. This is a very simple explanation but it gives the basic understanding of how
they work.

Most people go to a traffic exchange and just put up their sales page for everyone to see, hoping to make some money that
way. Unfortunately, that's not going to work. You only have a very limited time to capture the attention of the viewer so a
long sales page is not going to do anything for you.

The best way to use traffic exchanges is to set aside an hour or so per day and really surf as much as you can. The best way
to do this is to surf multiple sites at the same time.

I would recommend that you have about 12 exchanges open at any one time. Most of them require you to click a link or a button
after you have finished viewing a certain page. All you need to do is start at the first tab then cycle through
each one clicking the links to load up the next page. Once you get to the last tab, go back to the first and it should be
ready to click on again.

Just repeat this process and you can generate hundreds or thousands of hits to your site in an hour or so. Do this every day
and your list and traffic will really start to grow.
